I'm not usually one to post reviews about a car dealership, and certainly not about its service department. However, I must take the time out to say how well they handled the service on my girlfriend's car. They gave her a loaner and it was finished when they said. The repair bill wasn't as bad as I thought either. But the difference here as opposed to other places is Nick. He is amazing. Definitely the guy to go to when you bring your car in for service.

I assumed you company treats the employees right, I hope so. Of note, you can improve your paper printing habits by reducing de amount of paper to print or go paperless.
