Mitch is always a pleasure to work with. He does whatever he can to make sure my car gets serviced in a timely manner and he is always so informative. Mitch has impeccable communication skills! He really made an effort to make sure that he worked with my schedule to make sure I could bring my car in for the service appointment at a time that worked with my schedule, he updated me throughout the entire process, and made sure to be there to speak to me when I picked up my car so that he could explain everything that was happening and will happen with my car. Mitch is my favorite service guy at Bill Jacobs!

Shout out to the tour de force, awesome saleswoman and part time super hero, Marina! She helped me buy my dream car (2018 Audi Q7) and she was so much fun to talk to while we waited on finance office. Our two kids went nuts in the dealership but the atmosphere is fun and there’s tons of snacks for the kiddos and adults. Marina was a champ though. She made such a good impression that I came back to the dealership (BMW side) the following week to replace my second vehicle. I came back specifically because of how awesome we were treated there. They even gave us a $25 amazon gift card as an apology for having to wait for finance office to be ready (they were slammed and someone had called in sick in finance). This is where you want to buy your next car.
