We would like to thank Irma Christian, Joshua Baker, Ronny, Jeremy and the hardworking teammembers at Bill Jacobs MINI in Naperville for exceeding our expectations this week during the car buying process. This was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Irma's a gem at this dealership and a joy to work with. We felt at ease right away. We test-drove two models an hour before close on a weeknight. Joshua took the time to provide us a quote for our trade-in right at closing time, never making us feel rushed, and that customer service really stood out for us. We came back three days later and purchased a 2016 MINI Cooper S with Irma. The buying process was painless, thanks to store manager Ronny and finance guru Jeremy. Service and execution is always top notch. Staff is experienced, attentive, and efficient. The facilities are spotless. The work has always been completed on schedule and properly. Features like their free loaner and car wash make scheduled maintenance headache free and quick to get in and out. Dealerships are never the lowest price, but I appreciate the near effortless experience I have always had.

Went here to get our convertible top fixed....a sensor glitch. Took our service person, Mitch, two seconds to fix, washed our car and replaced our bent dipstick no charge. We will be coming back and recommending to everyone.

They showed me everything under my car that they would check for any repair. I came in for a new battery and they recommended a couple of other items be done. They ended up doing a cooling system flush which they said should be done. When I bought the car I certainly didn't expect service to be so expensive. Everyone was very friendly and answered any questions I had.
