I recently bought a used MINI and came up on 60000 miles. I set up an appointment not knowing what I would need for service. Aldo was my service representative and he was great, helped me determine what i would need for my new MINI and, not once, tried to oversell a single service or product. Friendly, energetic, professional, and extremely helpful. The entire area is super clean and more than I expected. The people here care about you and your MINI and you can expect top notch service.

Personnel were willing to work with customer (me) and accommodate their needs. This included providing a hike car to my residence and the return of my car to my residence in a timely fashion as per my request. This was my first involvement with Bill Jacobs Mini and they excelled in customer service!

It is my first time bringing my car to Bill Jacobs MINI for annual check. The service is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Overall, the dealer looks nice and clean. There is a refreshing bar, coffee, snacks for customers which is great!

I had the pleasure of meeting Aldo at Bill Jacobs Mini in Naperville, who went out of his way to provide exceptional service (free of charge) to investigate problems with my brake lights. He fixed the problem right then and there and advised me to be cognizant of what I needed to get serviced down the road, without coercion. He even fixed my door, which has been making a clicking sound whenever I opened it! Excellent service overall. 🙂 Thank you, Aldo!
