We recently took our Mini Countryman in for service at Bill Jacobs Mini after our front right tire was severely damaged by a pothole and needed immediate replacement. They were able to accommodate us even though we did not have an appointment, and they provided a loaner vehicle while our car was being serviced. Our Service Advisor Mitch Shefveland was courteous and helpful throughout the experience. He ensured that we knew exactly what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take, and he also recommended options for preventative maintenance and an anticipated schedule. This is now our fifth visit to Bill Jacobs for routine maintenance and we will definitely return. I trust them to keep our Mini running in tip top shape for years to come.

We got our MIni Cooper S from Bill Jacobs three years ago. Aside from the great fun we get from driving it, we really enjoy the great customer service there. Whenever I bring in my Mini, I always ask for Service Advisor Dean Klementzos. He has always given me great advice on service and repairs. I also enjoy talking motorcycles and home repairs with him. Ask for Dean when you’re here. He will definitely take care of you.
