Mitch was great and all of the techs were super meticulous. They showed me what they were inspecting, what was good, what would need attention in the future and what needed immediate fixes. Was blown away when I found out about the four hour distance for pickup and drop off, as well as the complimentary loaner for repairs and routine maintenance! Guess I know where Coop is going everything!
I've been having my MINI serviced here for 5 years. The service team, including Aldo and Mitch, have been great. They always make sure I'm taken care of whether it's for regular maintenance or even insurance claims. I highly recommend them.

my experience with the service representative named Aldo is one of a kind. even though he’s training a new guy which is good as well, i could feel that the trainee is at ease with him. i rarely get this kind of assistance that’s why i always go back for their facility whenever i have concern about my car. Took my car in for routine service. Aldo was very courteous and thorough walking me through necessary and recommended services. The customer waiting area at Bill Jacobs is comfortable and accommodating. There are at least 2 dealerships closer to where I live but intend to get my car serviced at Bill Jacobs moving forward.
