I stopped in to inquire about having some warranty work done on my 2017 Countryman, without a prior appointment. They did a thorough examination of the Mini and determined that issues I pointed out were covered under the car's warranty. To my astonishment Mitch, the service adviser, told me that that they would be able to effect repairs right away. A short while later Mitch returned, to inform me that a part needed to order before one of the repairs could be completed. I had my Mini serviced here twice already, and both times I had Mitch as a service advisor. He was very professional and when he called to give me the diagnostic on my car, he went into great detail to explain the service that my Mini needed and the suggested services that could be done. I recently had some fairly extensive warranty work performed on my 2017 Countryman. While I haven't had it back long, based on initial impressions, I am very happy with the results. My service advisor Mike was helpful with addressing my concerns and making sure everything was repaired. I was also impressed with this dealership's communication and daily updates on repair progress. The active reception is a cool concept and it's nice to be able to go over the car with the advisor and foreman while it's on the lift.

They gave me a nice loner while my car was receiving maintenance. When my car was finished they dropped it off at my house. I find them and not trying to sell you repairs you don't need.
