Ultimate Orientation

Bill Jacobs: MINI host new sessions to help our customers become better acquainted with their vehicles, our staff and the services offered at our Bill Jacobs dealerships.  During the orientation, presentations are made by a Service Consultant, a Parts Consultant, and a Sales Consultant.  All of the dealership Managers are introduced to the new owners during the program.
