Publicity and Event Release Form

Bill Jacobs BMW, MINI, VW and Land Rover Hinsdale

I, represent that I am of legal age and have the right to contract in my own names, or if under the legal age, a parent or legal guardian will sign this contract on my behalf.

In consideration for the opportunity to be at today’s Event, I agree that dealerships above will have the right to use my name, voice, photograph, likeness and any interviews and recordings to me and/or my vehicle for marketing purposes in any and all media now known or developed in the future, including on the internet throughout the US, without time restrictions to promote Bill Jacobs and its brands, without compensation or obligation to me.

The Licensed Parties shall have the right to use, publish, copyright, edit, adapt or modify the Materials in any way.  I release the Licensed Parties from all liability arising out of any distortion, optical illusions or faulty mechanical reproductions of my likeness.  I acknowledge that I have no right to approve the advertising or promotional materials created pursuant to this release.

I hereby expressly release and forever waive any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, costs, attorney fees, losses and expenses which I may have against the Licensed Parties to any of the above for accident, personal injury, disability, death, property damage, or loss of any kind or nature suffered by me as a result of or arising from my participation in this Event and use of the Materials, and I hereby indemnify, defend and hold the Licensed parties harmless for the same.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this document in its entirety and understand that it is a relase of claims and a waiver of liability regarding my participation in the Event to the extent provided above, and I warrant, represent, and agree that I have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement and that I accept it of my own free will.
