Our dealership’s rating is based on information collected from our customer satisfaction surveys conducted by MINI USA for new car sales and service transactions over the last 90 days, by an independent, third-party company. Neither MINI USA nor any MINI Dealers can alter the ratings or comments.

This is the second MINI Cooper we have purchased through him, and we have a third on the way in less than a week :) Ricky worked VERY hard to find us 2 perfect MINIs that fit all of our needs within our budget. He was patient with us and answered ALL of questions clearly and without any confusion. Ricky explained all the features of the 2012 MINI and how some differ from the 2009 model (which we currently own). He's also been very responsive to all of our phone calls and emails. 4.5"Overall, I am very satisfied. My only issue is with my service representative, Will. I used the night drop because I had a 7a appt. The following morning, I called near 9:30a because I had a question/issue that I wanted to have addressed. I was away from my phone when the call came about 9:45a stating the vehicle servicing was completed. I stopped in about 1:30p to pick up the vehicle and when I questioned Will about my voicemail, he had not even listened to it yet. As I stood next to him, he replayed the voicemail and then addressed the issue. I don't know if my issue would have been looked at more in depth while the vehicle was being serviced, but by the time my message was listened to, the vehicle was awaiting pick up. Also, Will said that my car was driven after the servicing was completed. I don't know how far it was driven, but it wasn't very far as the odometer read the same as it did when I dropped it off. Now, I don't know what the trip odometer read when I dropped it off. The test drive may have been short enough not to affect the regular odometer, but long enough the trip odometer registered. 5.0"We brought our newly purchased, "used Mini" (bought from out of state) to your dealership, Bill Jacobs Mini, for a maintenance checkup. Being a 2nd hand vehicle, you really don't know what you're going to get. Your technicians reviewed the car, updated the car's software, performed an oil change, new brakes, balanced wheels, and got rid of minor annoyances etc etc. The advisor even took time to educate us on some of the unique dashboard controls of the Mini. I found this service and attention to detail to be exceptional, especially considering that we did not purchase the vehicle here. It's my wife's daily driver.
